How to choose your oriental dance costume?

Are you rather slim?

Chest rather small and fine figures, many possibilities present themselves to you! Bra sets + belts, dresses, skirts... you will easily find your size among our multitude of items. According to your tastes, you will be able to choose a Bellydance bra and an adjusted oriental skirt for an ideal costume fitting perfectly your figure. You can also go for slightly padded bras or opt for our cushioning pads for an uplifting look.

Do you have beautiful curves?

Nature spoiled you and it is so much better because Bellydancing sublimes the curves! Prefer the Egyptian bellydance costumes because the bras are usually made with larger cups and totally adjustable in the back. If you are creative and gifted in sewing, you can also adapt bra and skirts offered in standard size to fit your size. Add a bra extender or 2 strips of fabrics tied in a knot instead of the hooks to gain in amplitude. You fell for a skirt pattern but it is too small? Open it on one side at the seam and add fabric or a pin to gain a few centimeters at the waist. It will also be a unique model, customized by you! 

Are you rather shy?

You love oriental dancing and galas but much less the idea of showing your bare body on stage. Don't panic, it is possible to create a beautiful Bellydance outfit with clothes which cover and convey as well the charm of the East. Dark or fair complexion?

If you have a fair complexion, opt for the soft and pastel tones and bright them up with gold or silver colored touches. If, on the opposite, you have a dark complexion, all audacities are allowed! Flashy and sunny colors will give pep to your outfit and choreographies.

Do not forget a Bellydance costume must fit your morphology and your personality but also your choreography so do not overlook this last point and avoid a faux pas... A happy choreography interpreted in a black outfit will not match your dance and may not have the same expected effect on your audience...
